IFSCA has amended its Master Circular for Distributors in the IFSC to name UAE, Singapore, Australia and the European Union as specified jurisdictions under regulation 32(1)(a) and (c) of the CMI Regulations, taking the list to eleven. Products domiciled in the four added jurisdictions move from sophisticated-investor-only distribution into distribution to any category of client, including retail.
